Senior Health

We want your pets to live the healthiest and longest life possible in the best comfort and wellbeing possible. As we celebrate seniors we want to assess several different areas which can be impacted by the aging process.  These include ambulatory ability, changes in thirst and appetite, change in frequency of urination, defecation, control of urination and bowel movements, visual and auditory abilities, play activity, interactions with people, and changes in sleep-wake cycles.

In order to help your pet through the aging process, we recommend talking with one of our staff veterinarians about running a senior health screen. This combination of blood/serum and urine testing will help us to better understand how different organ systems of the body are functioning and how to address current concerns and questions.
